The Veritas Village Club is the membership structure that connects all four communities and gives residents access to the shared resources, governance rights, and network that make a Veritas Village more than just a piece of land in a nice climate.
Membership is how you participate in the community before you arrive. Club members receive priority access to available lots and homes as new developments open, and are first in line for community events, site visits, and governance updates.
Every Club member holds a vote in the community's Decentralized Autonomous Organization. That vote is not symbolic. It is how the community makes real decisions about shared infrastructure, governance rules, and collective finances.

The process is designed to be clear and personal. We do not sell lots to strangers — we talk first.
Start with a Conversation
Schedule a discovery call with our team. We cover your goals, your family situation, your timeline, and what "living free" actually looks like for you day-to-day. This call has no sales pressure — it is a real conversation about fit.
Visit a Community
We encourage everyone who is seriously interested to visit in person before any commitment. You will see the land, the existing infrastructure, and meet current and future residents. Veritas Villages also makes properties available for rental stays so you can experience community life before moving.

Our team connects you with trusted local legal counsel in each country. We guide you through the residency application process, property registration, and any entity formation that makes sense for your situation. Nothing moves until you understand it.

Availability varies by community and lot type. The best way to understand current availability is to schedule a call with our team. Club members receive priority access as new lots and phases open.
Can I try a community before committing to buying?
Yes. Veritas Villages makes properties available for rental stays at existing communities. This is something we actively recommend — visiting or staying gives you a realistic sense of the community, the climate, and the daily rhythm before any long-term commitment.
What does the DAO governance process look like in practice?
Proposals are submitted on-chain, discussed in community channels, and put to a vote with a defined participation window. Every resident token-holder can vote, and outcomes are recorded transparently. We walk new members through the process before they move in.
Do I need to sell everything and move permanently?
Not at all. Many Veritas Villages residents maintain ties to their home country while building their life in a community over time. The discovery call is a good place to talk through what a phased transition might look like for your situation.
